Delivery
Delivery is free on orders over 400 LYD. We deliver to all cities in Libya.

After you place your order, our delivery team will get in touch to confirm your order, your address and a delivery time that suits you. The delivery charge depends on your city, and our team will confirm it with you on that call before we dispatch anything.

Cash on delivery
All orders are paid in cash on delivery. Please have the amount ready. Please check your order when it arrives — if anything is missing, damaged or not as described, contact us the same day and we will put it right.

Collect from a branch
You can collect your order from any of our branches free of charge — just tell us when we call.
